Six-Word Stories
A collection of six-word stories.
In Sleep, the bombs still sing.
The pen, their solace, my redemption.
Water rising, bonds growing, ship sinking.
We were one, you were two.
The vase, his gift, my weapon.
Families separated, children working, war begins.
Indulge with abandon. Tomorrow we march.
An accident they say. They lie.
Small kitten, wandering alone, forever found.
Weep. You failed to stop them.
Rotten. Putrid. Fetid. Welcome home, Mother.
Lay down. Chin up. Mouton down!
Was this the only way? Sacrifice?
All stories should teach. Yours lie.
He float? Good. Cash as promised.
